Town Hall 2020

In the past few years, the Diocese has held Regional Town Halls to provide an opportunity for parish leaders to hear about things going on throughout the diocese. It has also given parish leaders a chance to connect to neighbouring parishes and gather information and encouragement from the Diocese. At our last Synod, we were directed to take a more proactive role in becoming missionally-focused. And so - We are pleased to let you know the dates and locations are set for this year and even more excited to share with you that our Missional Coaches (Lay and clergy from around the diocese) will be joining us to share the outlines of workshops they learned to lead in their training this Fall.  We invite all church leaders, people interested in becoming more missionally focused and others curious about what a missional focus might look like Come join us, as we together explore what "missional" practically means for us, and to seek out where God might be leading us in our churches and in our lives. Our newly minted Missional Coaches will be coming to present and share their learning, set up coaching sessions and answer questions. We are so grateful that the good folks in Lethbridge, Red Deer and Calgary have offered their hospitality to host us!  Everyone is most welcome.  Please contact pgateman@calgary.anglican.ca  at least a week prior, so we can ensure there will be enough refreshments for all.
